This past weekend we headed to the beach for a little day trip. We always make sure we go to the beach in October. We first went when Cory and I were dating and it just kind of stuck. Besides it being a tradition of ours, it really is the perfect time to go to the beach. Not too hot. Not too crowded. The leaves are starting to change colors, which makes for a pretty spectacular drive. We try and go to a different beach every time, but this time we were craving our favorite spot. We woke up early and headed toward the ocean. We didn't stay long, but long enough to have a really great time.
Something about beach houses that makes me really want one..
Also, something about a dog's face mid-shake that makes me laugh.
It was a really fun time and I can't wait to go again. We will for sure be making more day trips to the ocean this fall and winter. Maybe even rent a beach house for a few nights!
